Eligibility Requirements

  • Your child must be diagnosed by a medical professional with cancer or a terminal illness

  • Your child must be under 18 years old at the time your application is completed

  • You are only eligible for one family photo session with our organization per diagnosis**

  • Each family who applies is eligible for all three photo sessions we offer (family, end of life, and funeral)

*if your child is diagnosed with a secondary cancer or a different child in the family is diagnosed with cancer or a terminal illness then you may reapply for a family photo session
